While some dishes may be hot/warm during drop off - this should never be the expectation. Several factors affect the temperature of your food. We advise to reheat at time of consumption. We do NOT offer "take out" or "fast food" unless otherwise specified on the menu or during local pop-up events.

Do you cater to special diets?

We offer Vegan versions of many of our dishes and we are mindful of any allergies that we’re made aware of. However, we don’t cater to specific diets via our standard meal prep plans. Please see our website for what we offer as far as meal planning for restrictive diets by clicking HERE

9.

I see you do personal training… Does that include counting macros or listing caloric data for meals?

NO! We don't do that here. Our approach is to give standard and general food nutrition info on specific dishes upon request.
