Small Catering Services Update

The TBC family is growing! In order to keep up with the demand as well as to keep communication more fluid we have brought on additional staff. Our new client coordinator Esther will be joining our team officially later this week. Esther will act as a resource for our clients and will be responsible for contracting , scheduling meetings/tastings, answering questions and handling any technical issues that do not require the chef's direct attention.

We are also very pleased to announce the addition of our new BRO (Business Relations Officer.) Our BRO's goal is to form meaningful relationships and partnerships with other local businesses and organizations.
